Terms and Conditions

1. Event Registration

• You agree to bear the ticket cost of the Event.
• Only fully complete registration forms will be accepted.
• Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment, where applicable.
• If full payment is not received before the deadline, registration may be cancelled at the Organizers' discretion.
• Organizers reserve the right to refuse registrations if capacity is reached.
• Organizers may change these Terms & Conditions and any other information on the Event’s website at any time.
• Your continued use of the Event's website implies acceptance of the current Terms.
• The date and venue of the Event are fixed and cannot be changed by attendees.
• Organizers may alter the title, location, format, or date of the Event at their discretion.
• By registering, you consent to use of your contact details for updates and communications.
• Event passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be upgraded.
• Photographic ID may be required during the Event.
• Admission is reserved by Organizers, whose decision is final.
• You consent to data sharing with third parties when engaging at the Event.
• Organizers are not liable for unauthorized misuse of your data by third parties.
• You are fully liable for your actions at the Event.
• Foreign attendees are responsible for their own visa and travel arrangements.

2. Venue and Special Requirements

• You must comply with all Venue rules and regulations.
• Personal property brought to the Venue is at your own risk.
• Organizers are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
• Car parking facilities are used at your own risk.
• Organizers are not responsible for allergies, disabilities, or health issues of attendees.

3. Attendee Obligations

• Follow Venue policies, including health & safety instructions.
• Behave respectfully and lawfully at all times.
• Ensure adequate insurance, including personal accident and travel insurance.
• Travel to and attendance at the Event are at your own risk.

4. Event Content

• Organizers may change agenda, speakers, timing, and venue without notice.
• All rights to recordings, presentations, and documentation belong to Organizers.
• No photography, filming, or recording is allowed without authorization.
• Content may not be distributed, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
• Organizers are not responsible for speaker content.

5. Liability

• Organizers’ liability is limited to the registration fee.
• No responsibility for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
• You agree to indemnify Organizers against losses from your actions.
• No liability for injury, death, damage, or theft at the Event.

6. Compliance with Laws

• Follow all applicable laws, including bribery and corruption rules.
• Do not offer or accept financial/other advantages as inducements.
• Follow UAE Government COVID-19 guidelines.

7. Force Majeure

Organizers are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their control, including natural disasters, pandemics, power failures, or emergencies. In such cases, Organizers may vary, postpone, or cancel the Event without liability.

8. General

• The Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms.
• Governed by Indian law with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
• No partnership, agency, or employment relationship is created.
• This embodies the entire agreement between parties.
• No rights or obligations may be transferred without consent.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

By registering, you consent to use of your personal and company information as per the Privacy Policy, including publication in Event materials and future communications. To opt-out, contact: info@giakaacapital.com.

10. Cancellation Policy

• Passes cannot be upgraded, cancelled, or refunded.
• If postponed/cancelled due to Force Majeure, Organizers are not liable for costs.
• Registration fee may be retained for a future event or partially refunded.
• No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
